We primarily process your personal data in order to create an order, conclude a sales contract with you, which is offered through Leovitdiet.com, and send you an e-mail confirming your order, as well as to execute that contract (realization of delivery, price and cost collection, receipt and resolution of complaints). The basis for data processing in this case is the contract we conclude with you as well as the Consumer Protection Act.

The aforementioned marketing activities will be carried out via e-mail or telephone, i.e. advertising and promotional material will be sent to the e-mail address provided, phone number provided, and/or via other available means of electronic communication. Revocation of consent does not affect the admissibility of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before the revocation. Your personal information will be kept confidential. They will only be used for the purposes for which they were acquired, or if necessary for our compliance with legal and audit obligations. If we determine that there is a new purpose for which we would process your data, we will inform you about it in a timely manner.

Storage periods and retention of your personal data

We will only use your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which your personal data was collected (as described in the section "Legal basis and purpose of processing"), or as required by applicable law.
